Visitor Waiver and Release of Liability Form
You must agree to the waiver and release prior to visiting Hephzibah Farms.
We are excited about your visit to Hephzibah Farms, Inc.
(1) Individuals will be allowed to pet and feed the animals. Be aware that animals can and will bite and kick. You may feed and pet the animals at your own risk. You must also be kind and gentle with the animals, and respect the animal if the animal wants to walk away.
(2) Please be sure that only old clothes and proper shoes are worn to the farm. This is a real farm and you must watch your step.
(3) We will sometimes take photos or videos of our farm visitors interacting with the animals. These photos may appear on our website, in published materials, or on social media. We also encourage you to send us photographs you take at the farm and we will add them to our collection. Such photographs may be sent via email or text.
Attendance Request and Release
I want to visit and participate in activities sponsored by Hephzibah Farms, Inc. I understand that I do so at my own risk. I hereby release and waive any and all claims against Hephzibah Farms, Inc. and any and all entities and individuals employed by or affiliated with Hephzibah Farms, Inc. (the Released Parties) from liability for any and all loss, damage, injuries, claims, demands, lawsuits, expenses and any other liability of any kind, of or to me or any other person, directly or indirectly arising out of, or in connection with my visit or participation in any activities. I further agree to hold harmless, indemnify and reimburse the Released Parties from and for any sums, costs, or expenses incurred by any of the Released Parties or paid by them to any person (including me or my insurers) in connection with any accident, loss, damage or injury sustained by me or others in connection with my attendance and participation in the above-described activities. This means that I will reimburse the Released Parties if anyone makes a claim against them based on damages or injuries I may suffer.
I hereby grant Hephzibah Farms, Inc. permission to use my likeness or photograph in any of its publications, including websites and social media, without payment or any other consideration. I understand and agree that these materials will become the property of Hephzibah Farms, Inc. I hereby irrevocably authorize Hephzibah Farms, Inc. to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute such likeness or photograph for marketing or publicizing Hephzibah Farms, Inc. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness or photograph appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of such likeness or photograph.
