Birthday Parties
Celebrate your birthday at Hephzibah Farms! You and your guests can take a private two hour tour of the farm, petting, feeding, and learning about our friendly animals from our tour guides. Our hands-on tours offer a fun and unique experience for any and all animal lovers. When your tour is over, you can use one of our private event spaces for food and presents.
We want to create the experience you're looking for, so we offer a wide variety of add-ons to make the day more special! Customize your party with bouncy houses, hayrides, pool rental, horse experience, and more.
Our basic package starts at $10 per person for groups over 15 people, or $15 per person for groups of 15 or less. To see a full price breakdown of our add-ons and event spaces, see the table below.
Event Spaces
Each event space comes with tables, chairs, and garbage cans. You are welcome to bring any decorations and/or food you would like. We have fridges and freezers available to hold food during the tour, and can recommend local catering options.

Farm Store Basement: $50/hr
This is a room in our farm store with heating and AC that can accommodate up to 20 people.

Bunny Barn: $75/1 hour
Our bunny barn is heated in the winter and can accommodate up to 45 people. Each additional hour is $50.

Outdoor: $75/1 hour
Our outdoor spaces include picnic tables and can accommodate up to 80 people. If you are renting bouncy houses and/or the pool, we recommend this option. Each additional hour is $50.

Party Tent: $200/1 hour
Our party tent has 4 sides and can accommodate 80-90 people. Each additional hour is $100.
Add Ons
Some add-ons are weather dependent. If we are unable to offer something on the day of your party due to a change in weather, you will not be charged. We are always happy to try and customize your experience, so if there's something you'd like to do that you don't see listed, contact us!
Hayrides: $5/person
Our hay wagons can take about 20 people per trip. Group rates may be available for larger parties.
Bouncy Houses: $50/ea
We have several bouncy houses to choose from, with options appropriate for a wide range of ages. Each house is $50 for the duration of the party.
Pool Rental: $50/hr
Our pool is heated and has a diving board and water slide. A pool rental does not include a lifeguard or flotation devices. You are welcome to bring any pool toys you would like.
Horse Experience: $200
The horse experience allows you and your guests to spend time learning about our horses and interacting with them. This could include grooming, feeding, or walking them. Horseback rides can be added for an additional $15/person.
Crafting Session: Varies
Depending on the size of your group, we can offer lessons or set up a simple group activity. Examples include making bracelets from alpaca yarn, an introduction to loom-knitting, or animal-themed beaded keychains.

FAQ's
Q: Do adults need to pay admission?
Yes, the admission fee applies to everyone over 18 months, including adults who stay on property but do not go on the tour. Parents who drop off and pick up do not need to pay the admission fee.
Q: What happens if it rains/snows?
We have two beautiful barns we can move animals into if the weather requires, so our tours are available year round. In case of bad weather, some add-ons (pool, bouncy house, hayrides) may not be available.
Q: Can we do the tour without renting the event space?
If you are only interested in visiting the animals, you do not need to book the event space. However, if you are wanting to serve food and/or cake on the farm, we do require an event space rental.
Q: How many people can you accommodate?
Our indoor spaces can hold up to 40 people, while our outdoor areas can accommodate over 200. Larger groups may be asked to split between multiple areas and guides so that everyone can interact with the animals.
