Learn to loom knit by making a fun hat! Just in time for the cold weather, these hats are easy to make and a great option for a special homemade gift. No experience is necessary to take this beginner's class, but those with a little experience are also welcome to take it. This class will cover hand position, terminology, casting on and binding off, changing colors, and beginner color work for those who want to learn. These skills can also be applied to making sweaters, toys, and other loom knit projects. We recommend this class for ages 8+ due to the fact that classes will last 90 minutes and younger children may struggle with the attention span. The cost is $30 a person, plus a supply fee of $25 to cover the costs of yarn and looms. You keep all projects you make in the class as well as the materials you're given. By the end of the class you will have a finished hat!

Cancellation Policy
Class fees are nonrefundable. If you want to cancel your registration, we offer store credit which will be sent in the form of an electronic gift card and can be used towards our store or any of our other services. If you miss a class session, you will have the option of joining another session to make up the missed class. We do not offer credit for missed classes. In order to safely interact with our animals, students will need to listen to the instructor and follow all rules. Students who do not follow rules may not be allowed to participate in certain activities if the instructor feels it would put the animal's or student's safety at risk.
