Service Description
Learn about how chicks hatch in this fun, hands-on class! Each class will include activities and experiments, including candling the eggs to see the chicks' progress as they develop. Students will get to meet the chicks when they hatch on the last week of class. The class meets once a week for four weeks. Each class runs roughly an hour long. We keep class size around 10 students to make sure everyone has a good experience. This class is recommended for ages 6+ because younger children may struggle with attention span for the hour long lesson. If you have a younger child you think would be interested and not have a problem sitting through an hour long class, you are welcome to sign them up. The material is adapted to be accessible for all ages.

Cancellation Policy
Class fees are nonrefundable. If you want to cancel your registration, we offer store credit which will be sent in the form of an electronic gift card and can be used towards our store or any of our other services. If you miss a class session, you will have the option of joining another session to make up the missed class. We do not offer credit for missed classes. In order to safely interact with our animals, students will need to listen to the instructor and follow all rules. Students who do not follow rules may not be allowed to participate in certain activities if the instructor feels it would put the animal's or student's safety at risk.
