Cancellation Policy

Tours require a booking made in advance. Without a booking, we cannot guarantee we will be able to accommodate your visit. If we can accommodate your visit, there will be an extra fee in addition to the admission cost. If you would like to cancel, please contact us or cancel through our website 24 hours in advance for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your tour, we can offer you store credit for the admission cost. If you do not contact us and do not show up for your tour, we cannot refund or offer store credit.
